    Who can use this store?

    This store is for endorsed Which? Trusted Traders to order additional merchandise with both your logo and the Which? Trusted Trader logo. Which? Limited has worked with Fluid Branding to create this merchandise store. 

    At the start of your endorsement you would have received a certificate, welcome pack with pens & folder, window stickers & 3 x Van stickers. You can now order more merchandise through this store. 

    As with all marketing collateral with the Which? Trusted Trader logo, if you cancel or have your endorsement revoked, you must stop using any branded merchandise.


    Who are Fluid Branding?

    Fluid Branding is Which?’s chosen supplier of B Corp Certified merchandise, responsible for the production and distribution of all merchandise sold on this platform. Any contract for the sale and purchase of Fluid Branding merchandise is between you as a trader and Fluid Branding only. Fluid Branding also owns and runs this website and is ISO 27001 certified.


    How do I order?

    Simply follow the on-screen prompts and instructions. Your Basket will automatically be emailed to you once you submit your order.

    You’ll receive a digital proof within 24 hours. If you’re happy with it, approve and your order will be produced and shipped within 7-10 working days!


    What are the accepted payment methods on this store?

    This store allows for payment by Company Credit/Debit Card Only. Once you have completed your checkout fields and placed your order, you will be directed to a secure Stripe payment screen where you can enter your card details. 


    What is the minimum quantity I can order?

    Each product has a different minimum quantity, and the minimum quantity is the first price break provided. Please fill out this survey if there is anything specific you need at a lower quantity. It’s something we can look into in the future.


    How do I add my logo to the products I want to order?

    Each product has a dedicated space for your company's logo to be displayed. Please take a look at the product visuals which will identify this space with a red box saying "Your logo here." You will be asked to upload the logo you want to be added within this space at the checkout stage of your order. Click HERE to view our Logo Support page.


    Can I order different quantities to those shown?

    As long as the quantity is above the minimum listed then any volume can be ordered. The quantities shown are merely price break levels.
